1 lb ground chuck/ground turkey or other
2 oz. sliced or grated American Cheese
In a mixing bowl, place ground meat of preference, or other. Flatten with fingers, then pour on Hey Mon Papaya/Apple Marinade, and sprinkle on Hey Mon Stewed Cabbage Spice. Mix well and form into four 4 oz balls. Press into burger patties. Cook in skillet on medium fire until done. Place sliced or grated cheese on top just before putting it on you favorite bun. Enjoy a healthy, flavorful sandwich.
