4 lbs. chicken quartered or smaller pieces
4 Tbsp. vinegar
1 qt. cold Water
Pre-heat oven at 375º. Pour vinegar and water into large pan. Add chicken and allow to sit for 3-5 minutes.
Pour off water and arrange chicken in baking pan. Shake Jerk Sauce well and pour 1/3 of bottle evenly over chicken. Seal with aluminum foil and place in pre-heated oven for approximately 30 minutes. Remove aluminum foil and allow to continue to cook uncovered for another 15 minutes, or until deep brown on top.
*Remove chicken and serve extra sauce over rice or mashed potatoes.
**Jerk Sauce also good with Pork, fish, steaks, hamburgers or shrimp.
