The Pineapple / Orange Sauce (12oz) is a blend of pineapples in heavy sauce with orange juice, and sweet spices. This sauce is great on chicken, pork chops, ham, lamb or fish ( especially salmon). Some customers have used it on carrots (or carrot cake recipes) and on sweet potatoes as a glaze. This sauce is even good on ice cream as a topping.
I have personally found that I have enjoyed the Pineapple / Orange Sauce especially on a hearty fish like grouper, cod or swordfish. Make sure to rinse your fish with lemon juice thoroughly before preparing them. For baked swordfish, try adding 1/2 teaspoon ground mixed peppercorns + 1/2 teaspoon of olive oil drizzled on top of your two swordfish with the Pineapple / Orange Sauce. Preheat your oven to 325° in a non-covered metal pan for 30 minutes.
