1-2 lbs Salmon steak (thawed or fresh)
2 Tbsp lemon juice
1 pint water
¼ stick of margarine or butter
Preheat oven to 375º. Wash salmon steak with lemon juice and water. Drain and place in baking pan. Sprinkle and rub in one Tbsp. Hey Mon Stewed Cabbage/Multipurpose Spice. Melt margarine and pour over salmon. Next, shake well and pour a generous amount (approximately ¼ bottle) of Hey Mon Caribbean Pineapple/Orange Sauce evenly over the salmon. Seal with aluminum foil, and place in pre-heated oven. Bake for 15 minutes, then, remove foil. Allow fish to brown for approx. 10 to fifteen minutes. Great with your favorite vegetable and/or rice.
*Pineapple/Orange Sauce also adds great flavor to poultry, pork loin, pork chops, ham or shrimp.
