Hey Mon Caribbean Hot Wings

1 lb. chicken wings

1 Tbs. lemon juice

1 qt. water

2 Tbs. Hey Mon Caribbean Cooking Magic Private Stock Hot Pepper Sauce

1 Tbs. Hey Mon Stewed Cabbage (multi-purpose) Spice

1 Tbs. Hey Mon Barbecue Sauce

Wash wings with lemon juice and water. Discard water and juice. Add all sauces and seasonings then mix onto wings. Arrange in cooking pan & cover with aluminum foil if baking. Bake in preheated oven at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Remove foil, pour off juices/oils, and bake for additional 10 minutes, or until golden brown.

If grilling, after adding seasoning & mixing onto wings, arrange on grill, and cook approximately 15-20 min. on each side. Remove and serve immediately. Serves 2-3.

*Wings will be spicy hot but not extremely hot. If you like them hotter, dip in Private Stock Hot Pepper Sauce, or add more Private Stock 10 minutes before removing from the oven/grill.
