Sauces

Spicy Mango Sauce - Fresh Mangos and sweet spices blended to perfection. Great on Chicken; Pork or Fish, or just used as a delicious addition to any meal.

Pineapple/Orange Sauce - A blend of pineapples in heavy sauce with orange juice, and sweet spices; great on chicken, pork chops, ham, lamb or fish (salmon) yumm yumm. Some even use it on carrots or sweet potatoes as a glaze, and on their ice cream as a topping. (One of our non-hot sauces.)

Barbeque Sauce - Caribbean style, sweet, a little tart, but not hot. It is a little different from grocery store variety BBQ sauce. We’ve won 1st place awards more than once for this sauce. Great for your traditional uses, but also good as a cocktail sauce for shrimp, nice on baked potatoes or French fried; some even use it to season meatloaf, and add it to spaghetti or chili. Makes you want to lick your fingers. Umm! Umm!

Jamaican Jerk Sauce - A combination of 16 different spices, fresh onions and garlic, and a little fresh pepper. It is mildly hot and tasty. Great on just about anything, chicken, pork, steaks or beef roast, even seafood.

Mustard Pepper Sauce - A mustard flavored, medium hot sauce. Great on sandwiches, as a condiment, or as a seasoning/marinade for any kind of meat or fish. Also good to add to meatloaf or other dishes that call for mustard such as tuna, chicken, or potato salads, for a nice spicy mustard surprise.

Private Stock Pepper Sauce – Also mustard base, but less of a mustard flavor, not a super hot, but definitely hotter than the others. It has a s-l-o-o-o-w burn with lots of flavor. Great for seasoning your chicken, fish, most meats, can also be used as a condiment.

To use sauces, simply “shake and pour” them on if baking or brush them on half way through the cooking process if grilling.

Spices/Mixes

Combined Curry Spice – Use for all of your curry needs meats or vegetables, no need to add other seasoning or spices, they are already in there. ( Not a hot curry)

Stewed Cabbage Spice – Originally blended to make a delicious cabbage dish, by chopping cabbage, carrots, celery, and onions, placing in a pot and adding spice, and about two table spoons of our BBQ sauce. Cover, and cook on a medium fire for about 30 minutes. Stir once or twice during cooking process. (No need to add water, it makes its own broth). Can also be used to season other vegetables, seafood and some meats. (Not Hot)

Puff Bread Mix – A Delicious sweet yeast bread mix, Just add warm water, stir and let rise for about 15-30 minutes, and it is ready to cook. Can either be fried or baked. (Makes a dozen or a loaf)

Beverages

Sorrel - Wonderful hot or cold, made from tropical flower petals that resemble Hibiscus Flowers found on many Caribbean islands. It is grown year round and harvested in the fall. Sorrel beverage is deliciously sweet. We blend it with special spices and sweeteners. Somewhat of a berry flavored beverage that is very popular on most of the Caribbean islands, especially during the Christmas holiday. My parents often served it to Carolers when they came to our home to serenade us. Try it, you will love it!

Ginger Beer - A non alcoholic/spicy beverage, that is made from the ginger root (A naturally spicy version of ginger ale) Drink it hot or cold. Our ginger beer consists of fresh ground ginger, spices and sweeteners. My parent’s recipe - It's delicious!


Mauby
- A bitter sweet flavored beverage, made from the bark of a tree, and imported from the Caribbean islands. Wonderfully refreshing during those hot days on the Islands, that cold foamy glass of “Swizzled Mauby” is great to cool your body down on a hot day. Island legend labels it as a body purifier and stimulant. To some it's an acquired taste, however, "once acquired, always desired"! (Coming Soon)
